I know we’re all friends here, but this is my livelihood, and as “awkward” as it may be, I will enforce these policies. XOXO

CANCELLATIONS

You will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time of your appointment. Because I stay booked, there is also no guarantee I can quickly get you rescheduled. Rebooking will not be available until fee is paid.

**I do understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. There are certain exceptions such as illness, accidents, etc. that a fee will not be charged. So please do not come sick. However, poor planning on your part will result in a fee.

NO-SHOWS

No-shows will be charged 90% of service booked. Rebooking will not be available until fee is paid.

**Please understand I cannot fill a no-show or an appointment that is cancelled last minute. I, too, do and HAVE paid cancellation fees to my providers.

CHILDREN

I prefer not to have children in the salon. Not only is it a safety hazard but it is also a distraction for you and me. It can be difficult to do your hair when your head is on a swivel or you are constantly tending to your child. However, I do realize sometimes things come up and there’s no choice. If this happens, please give me advanced warning and make sure your child brings a tablet or something to entertain themselves during your appointment that still enables you (and me) to not fret.

ARRIVAL

My salon is small so please try not to arrive too early. If you are more than 15 minutes early please wait in your car unless there is no client in the salon. If you are uncertain, you can text me to let me know you have arrived.
